Super Moon

We will all be able to see a "super moon" this weekend. It is especially beautiful where I live in the California Delta because it hangs over Mt. Diablo. I made a little paper pieced foundation in 2009 as my tribute to the moon over Diablo.

    That's cool. I noticed the moon last night, but didn't see Mt. Diablo...probably because I am in WA state....But it would probably sit over Mt. Rainier, maybe...

    Our mountain is Mt. Baker and some day I hope to get a photo of the moon and Mt. Baker - have to figure out where to be at the right time. Lovely Moon Quilt Block.
