About Me
- Name: Christine Thresh
- Location: On an Island in the California Delta
I am a quilter. My first memory is a Noah’s Ark quilt. Mr. and Mrs. Noah, the Ark, and all the animals walking toward the boat on a curving path, were appliquéd on it. The back of the quilt was yellow with red flowers. I could re-draw that quilt today from memory. I didn’t know I was a quilter until 1994. Before that I had a huge fabric collection.

Was Judy your friend, a sister or an acquaintance?
My father took a long time to set up and take photos. Perhaps we were impatient and wanted to jump in the water.
Judy was my friend in 1955 and became my cousin in 1966 when I married into her family. She is still my friend today.
Whoops. Robert and I were married in 1964, not 1966.
Judy and I are STILL cousins and still friends. She warned me that Robert was a diamond in the rough before I married him.
