About Me
- Name: Christine Thresh
- Location: On an Island in the California Delta
I am a quilter. My first memory is a Noah’s Ark quilt. Mr. and Mrs. Noah, the Ark, and all the animals walking toward the boat on a curving path, were appliquéd on it. The back of the quilt was yellow with red flowers. I could re-draw that quilt today from memory. I didn’t know I was a quilter until 1994. Before that I had a huge fabric collection.

I love Blackie. I had an all black cat, his name was Chester. He was lovely. I read that black cats are adopted far less than any other colour. Curious.
Our Blackie is the most loving cat we've ever had.
He adopted us when he was about six months old. He just arrived one day and came in the house.
Well Blackie is certainly a beaut! I love the classic pose he made for the camera.
ps...have you seen Dorothy's page? Her Wed. is "wordless Wed." ...too funny!
Blackie the cat is beautiful! I love it when a cat chooses it's home (I read the above comment from you). You can be sure the family will be nice if the animal chooses them!
