One week or seven days
We brought happy memories, lots of warm feelings, and the sniffles home with us from Thanksgiving.
But, with a new cozy mystery (Thai Die by Monica Ferris) and a box of tissues I’ve survived. Tomorrow will the seventh day and I expect to be fine.

Oh, bless your heart. Colds are such miserable, irritating things, aren't they?
You've brought back amusing memories for me. A business trip to Rome with a client who later became a dear friend, catching a cold, and her kindly (but obnoxiously) trying to force a veritable herb farm of weeds down my throat for a "cure". I told her essentially the title of your post, "I can either let the cold be and get well in seven days, or take medicine and get well in a week." She was not amused. She did not believe in getting sick, thought it was a character flaw or something.
Anyhow, my rambling aside, I do hope you're better and the kleenex box is a thing of the past soon.
P.S. My word verification string is "bonehead".
I do hate to have headcolds. The book looks good, & you know each day, you can only feel better the next!
The sniffles have got us all in Japan too. Hope you're feeling better soon.
