About Me
- Name: Christine Thresh
- Location: On an Island in the California Delta
I am a quilter. My first memory is a Noah’s Ark quilt. Mr. and Mrs. Noah, the Ark, and all the animals walking toward the boat on a curving path, were appliquéd on it. The back of the quilt was yellow with red flowers. I could re-draw that quilt today from memory. I didn’t know I was a quilter until 1994. Before that I had a huge fabric collection.

This post made me smile because I recently couldn't resist taking a photo of something in the grocery isle ... glad I'm not the only one.

The produce section is my favorite too! I love to see what other people have in their grocery carts. Just plain curiosity, nosiness I guess. I think of it quite like people watching.
You can tell alot about people by what they have in their grocery carts...!
I also enjoy checking out what is in other baskets. I often go "tisk, tisk" in my mind when looking at their choices.
My big box of cheerios will last me two months or more. Those plastic bags in my cart are full of vegetables.
People buy so much prepared food!
