I just read Quiltinfitzy'sblog and checked out Microsoft's virtual earth. I found my house. It is the smaller white one to the left of the gray one. Wow, that is really fun.
I take my walks up and down the lane that runs in front of the house.
We are born to cloth. It is the second thing we touch after our mother.
I am a quilter. My first memory is a Noah’s Ark quilt. Mr. and Mrs. Noah, the Ark, and all the animals walking toward the boat on a curving path, were appliquéd on it. The back of the quilt was yellow with red flowers. I could re-draw that quilt today from memory.
I didn’t know I was a quilter until 1994. Before that I had a huge fabric collection.

That's some house girlfriend!! It looks really interesting, a stiarway on the side?
Did you see you can rotate the views? Click on the compass rose and it turns right around. WHO KNEW!
That's neat!
I'm glad you're able to make virtual earth work, because I haven't been able to. No doubt it's turning its nose up at my Mac or something.
