My Little Women

I have been having so much fun. I have not had time to post – just play, play, play. I’ve been sewing these people. They are 8.25 inches tall. (Click on the picture to see a little larger image.)

From left to right: Post Office Woman, Tyra, Me (I love black and white and polka dots and I have red shoes), Michelle Obama, and Lady Cauliflower.

Tomorrow I will start working on companions for these lovely ladies.

I'm assuming that Post Office Woman is a woman at the post office, and not en employee. Our postal workers all wear the same one-size-definitely-does-NOT fit all stretch pants and tops. The vacant facial expression, though, is dead on. ;o)

They're sweet, Christine. I like 'em a lot.

fuzzywhitedogs,
I used to have a fuzzy white dog. I created a pattern based on him -- "My Dog & Your Dog."
Yes, I am doing the little people pattern as I go along.
I could not find an e-mail address for you so I could respond.

What a fantastic creation! Being a huge Obama fan, I especially love the Michelle Obama block. Very well done. This past weekend I digitized an "Obama 08" embroidery design for clothing and such. Let's make it happen - Obama in '08!

Love it! I especially appreciate that they are specific individuals and not generic folk. Makes them all the more special.

And yes, OBAMA supporters unite!
